Canmore Event PLUS virtual sessions combined packagE

Purchase the in-person and virtual events combined and save $100. Included in your registration are breakfast and lunch, Friday and Saturday, and Friday evening reception.

  • Advance registration (to September 27): $ 545.00 plus GST

  • Regular registration (September 28 until October 21): $ 595. 00 plus GST

    • session recordings can be purchased with the virtual conference registration or bundled with in person and virtual registrations, and will be available for 2 weeks after the conference has ended.

    • remember to book your room for the in-person conference

Purchase the CaNMORE event only:

October 25-26, Coast hotel and conference centre, Canmore Alberta. (Included in your registration are breakfast and lunch, Friday and Saturday, and Friday evening reception.)

  • Advance registration (to September 27) $ 395 plus GST

  • Regular registration (September 28 to October 21) $ 445 plus GST

Purchase the virtual event only:

6 virtual sessions from October 29 through November 7.

  • Advance Registration until October 21: $ 250 plus GST

  • Regular registration from October 22-October 29: $275 plus GST

    • Session recordings can be purchased with the virtual conference registration or bundled with in person and virtual registrations, and will be available for 2 weeks after the conference has ended.

Refund policy CANMORE and BUNDLE events:

  • A full refund will be given with written notice via email at info@fitnessalberta.com within 24 hours of purchase.

  • A $100 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations after 24 hours of purchase and prior to October 10, 2024.

  • No refund will be given after 12 am, (MST) October 10, 2024.

Refund policy VIRTUAL EVENT:

  • A $100 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations after 24 hours of purchase and prior to October 21, 2024.

  • No refund will be given after October 21, 2024.
